2. Production technologies
    Normally, the screw terminal with screw nut, we need to stamp the terminal first, then mounting the nut on it via mannual, each day can finish from 3,500 - 6,000pcs, and it also has the risk that the nut maybe drop out if it hasn‘t been mounted tightly. But after our engineer rearch, we change the nut structure a little, use the square nut instead the old round nut, and the square nut can be stamping together with terminal at the same, then the capacity has been improved a lot, it can products 60,000 - 80,000pcs daily, and also reduce the manual mounting procedure and save the cost, at the same time, this stamping nut is more stable and won‘t drop off, the quality is more reliable.
